Training and Curriculum Development

The GINGER Program runs collaborative trainings with research and academic institutions at partner sites in East and South Africa. The curriculum for all trainings is developed with the active participation of senior faculty leaders from each institution, and are taught together with trainers from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and local faculty, with the goal of incorporating the materials into the curriculums of each institution.

GINGER also runs Post-Doctoral and Teaching Fellows programs to provide early-career researchers with professional development and the opportunity to gain experience in teaching, curriculum development, and research-team leadership.
